Brandible and its affiliates value the privacy of individuals who access our App and use our Services.
This privacy policy explains to you the personal information we collect, how we use and share that information, and the ways in which you can control how we use and share that information. It informs you what information Brandible can see when you use our App and Services. It informs you of your rights and choices with respect to your personal information and how you can contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
BRANDIBLE WILL BE ASKING YOUR PERMISSION TO RECORD AN AUDIO AND ALSO UPLOAD PICTURES FROM YOUR PHONE GALLERY WHEN YOU WANT TO CREATE A BRAND STORY. YOU CAN AGREE TO THE PERMISSION OR DISAGREE WHEREIN YOU CAN CONTINUE WITH THE OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY BRANDIBLE.
YOUR AUDIO RECORDINGS, AS WELL AS PICTURES FROM THE GALLERY, CAN BE DELETED BY YOU AT ANY TIME FROM THE SAME MENU WHERE YOU CREATED THEM
“Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, means information about you that is personally identifiable to you, such as your contact information (e.g. name, address, email address, social media address or telephone number).
Registration Data: When you register or create an account, you provide us with certain information, which includes your first name, last name email address, as well as a password for your account.
(Optional): You can update your registration data by including your social media addresses such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp number and business name
Payment Information: If you choose to use a fee-based Service, you will be requested to provide (at a minimum) your payment information including payment card information (“Payment Information“). A third-party service provider that handles payments for us will also receive your payment card information.
Information You Choose to Provide to Us: You have the ability to provide a variety of information during your interactions with Brandible, such as emails you may send us, the information you respond to, and emails or newsletters that you sign up to receive. Brandible or third parties acting on our behalf receive data from you whenever you provide us with information.
Contact Information: If you choose to participate in research studies, or sign up for certain features, you may provide us, and we may collect, your contact information, including your name, mailing address, and phone number (“Contact Information”).
Feedback and Support. We love to hear from you. Whether you have an idea to make Brandible better or need help, we store the emails you send us and use them to help us prioritize how to improve our product.
De-identified Data. We use de-identified data for research and development of new products or tools, to refine our algorithms and machine learning applications, and to improve the App and the services we provide. We may disclose such information publicly and to third parties
